Terms of service
Last updated: 4 October 2026
These terms govern your use of Replychime, a service of Build Beyond Hightech LLC, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“Replychime”, “we”, “us”). By signing up or using the service, you (“the client”) agree to them. Questions: hello@replychime.com.
1. The service
Replychime is a done-for-you social media service. With your permission, we publish posts you approved and use an AI assistant, supervised by our team, to answer comments and messages on your Facebook Page, Instagram professional account and, if you add it, your WhatsApp Business number. Replies are based only on the business facts you approved. Messages outside those facts are sent to you. Ads management is not yet available.
2. Your responsibilities
- You own or are authorised to manage the accounts you connect.
- Your business facts are accurate and kept up to date. Tell us when prices, hours or offers change.
- The content you give us does not infringe anyone’s rights, and you have the right to let us publish it.
- You follow Meta’s terms and policies, including the WhatsApp Business policies, and the laws that apply to your business, including consumer and data protection law.
- You deal with items we send you (complaints, unknown prices, sensitive messages) in reasonable time.
3. Approvals and control
You approve your post calendar and your business facts. You can pause any channel at any time. We will not publish posts you have not approved.
4. AI and accuracy
The assistant is designed to answer only from your approved facts and to pass anything else to you. AI can still make mistakes. If a reply is wrong, tell us and we will correct the underlying fact promptly. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate business facts you provided, or by replies you approved.
5. Fees and billing
- Prices are shown on our website and billed monthly in advance. There is no setup fee.
- Meta charges its own fees for some WhatsApp conversations and for any ads. Those fees are billed by Meta directly to you and are not included in our price.
- Founding offers apply only as stated at the time you sign up.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email. Changes apply from your next billing period.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing month. There is no minimum term. On cancellation we stop the service, revoke our access tokens and delete your data as described in ourprivacy policy and data deletion instructions.
7. Platform availability
Replychime depends on Meta’s platforms and APIs. If Meta changes, limits or suspends access to a feature or to your account, parts of the service may stop working. We will tell you and adjust or credit fees fairly where a paid feature is unavailable for a significant time. Replychime is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta.
8. Acceptable use
We may refuse or stop the service if it is used for illegal products or services, spam, deceptive practices, or anything that breaks Meta’s policies.
9. Intellectual property
You keep all rights in your content and business information. Posts we create for you are yours to use. We keep rights in the Replychime software and service.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Data protection
We process personal data as described in our privacy policy. Where we process your customers’ data on your behalf, we act as your processor and a data processing agreement is available on request.
12. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will give clients notice by email before significant changes take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
