Data deletion

You can ask Replychime (a service of Build Beyond Hightech LLC) to delete your data at any time. This page explains how, for business clients and for anyone who has messaged a business that uses Replychime.

If you are a Replychime client

1. Remove our access in Meta

• Facebook: open Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations (or Apps and websites). Find Replychime and select Remove.
• Instagram: open Settings, then Website permissions or Apps and websites. Find Replychime and select Remove.
• Meta Business Suite: open Business settings, then Integrations or Partners, and remove Replychime’s access.
• WhatsApp: email us and we will disconnect your WhatsApp Business number from our service.

Removing access stops us from reading or posting anything new straight away.

2. Ask us to delete your data

Email hello@replychime.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and the name of your business page. We will delete your business facts, post calendar, message logs and access tokens within 30 days and confirm by email. We keep only billing records that tax law requires us to keep.

If you messaged a business that uses Replychime

The business is responsible for your conversation with it. You can ask the business directly, or emailhello@replychime.com with:

• the name of the business you contacted;
• the channel (Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp);
• your public profile name or the phone number you used.

We will locate the messages we hold, delete them from our systems within 30 days (after letting the business know), and confirm to you by email. Deleting our copy does not delete messages stored by Meta or by the business itself on Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp. You can delete those in the apps.

Automatic deletion

Even without a request, we delete message logs after 12 months, and we delete a client’s data within 30 days of cancellation.
